Mr Kevin Dyels, an expert in the field of theatrical interpretation in the United States, has been invited by our Association to visit Hong Kong again in November. To enhance the skills of our theatrical interpreters, Mr Kevin Dyels will offer advanced training on performing arts interpretation to the interpreters.
Mr Kevin Dyels will also facilitate a public seminar for those who are interested in learning more about ways to make arts and cultural programmes more accessible to people with hearing impairment while he is here.

The 8-day extraordinary journey - Festival of Inclusive Arts 2013 has been successfully held from 16 – 23 October. Local artists joined hands with artists from Thailand, Australia and Sichuan as well as FIA Ambassadors Chet Lam, Alice Lau and Jonathan Wong to perform marvelously in three performances. The Inclusive Arts Exhibition and Workshops also received overwhelming support from public and media.
With the active participation of local and overseas artists of diverse talents and abilities, the event was not only bear testimony to Hong Kong's belief in inclusiveness, but also reinforced the city's role as a world-class cultural hub.

Way to Professionalism: "Artists with Disability Development Fund" Is Now Available for Application

The Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant: Inclusive Arts Project Updates
Open Studio X Cross All Borders (Tour 2) to be held on 23 November is now open for enrollment! Free Admission. Quota is limited. First-come, first served.
Facilitating international art exchange, "Artlink" is the art workshop aims to exchange the local culture and custom with other participants in other countries. Based on the particular theme, participants who live in different countries would share and exchange their own cultures by creating and posting their artworks to each other.

ADA Angel, Jack Li Is Honored the Title of "Hong Kong Spirit Ambassadors 2013"
With his unflagging effort, faith and positive personality, Jack breaks through all the barriers to live a wonderful life. By the nomination of our Association, Jack was officially appointed as the "Hong Kong Spirit Ambassadors 2013". This Award affirmed Jack's hard work over the years and provided him new impetus to contribute the society.

Workshop on Audio Description
Co-presented with Theatre Noir, an Audio Description Workshop will be held on 8 December 2013 for those who are interested in learning more about ways to make arts and cultural programmes more accessible to people with visual impairment.
