ADA Piggy Bank - Celebrating 30th Anniversary!
In celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADA), the HKTDC Design Gallery is collaborating with us to exhibit a series of ADA Piggy Banks specially crafted by our artists with disabilities at the Wanchai branch from May 10 -29. The “ADA Piggy Bank” is the flagship project for our 30th anniversary. It represents the growth of ADA and the path we walked together as well as the power of love. Mini Piggy Banks designed by artworks of our artists are also on sale at Design Gallery. Do show your support to ADA by dropping by the exhibition and bringing home one of these adorable piggy banks.
Caring Company Partnership Expo 2016
With the aim to promote and strengthen partnership between the business and social service sectors, The Caring Company Partnership Expo organized by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) will be held on 10 May, 2016 (Tuesday) at Hall 5G, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong. The Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADA) and ADAM, social enterprise of ADA, will be joining the exhibition. Ko Nam, ADA resident artist, will demonstrate at ADAM’s booth. Representatives from corporates, social services organizations and public enterprises are welcomed to attend the exhibition and support the development of inclusive arts.

‘Cross All Borders’ Open For Application!
Cross All Borders provides a professional platform to showcase the artistic talents of the artists with disabilities. Cross All Borders 2016 is now opened for applications. We are expecting more talented visual artists like you to participate. The outstanding artworks selected by the adjudication committee will be presented to the public in a major exhibition at the Exhibition Gallery of Tsuen Wan Town Hall from 5 to 14 October this year. AXA Hong Kong STREETATHON @ Kowloon East 2016 was held successfully
by RunOurCity, on 10 April, 2016. It is with great honor that Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADA) was chosen as the beneficiary of the event. By combining street run and arts with our artists with disabilities, STREETATHON hopes to promote social inclusion through series of performances along the course and arts booths in the HONG KONG STREETATHON Carnival by ADA’s artists. Despite the inclement weather, runners and our artists all had great fun in the event!
Thank You for supporting our Fundraising Gala 2016
Thank You for supporting our Fundraising Gala 2016 which was held successfully on 13 April 2016 (Wednesday) at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Over 30 artists with different abilities joined hands with supporters and presented a series of marvelous performances, demonstrating the beauty of inclusion. More than $1.5 million was raised from the Gala and the net proceeds will help ADA to sustain our work for people with disabilities through arts participation and artistic development.

Our website attained the Gold Award of 'Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme 2016'
Walking the talk of “Arts are for Everyone” starts with accessible websites! ADA’s official websites have received the Gold Awards (Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong and Jockey Club Arts Accessibility Service Centre) and Silver Award (ADAM) again from OGCIO’s “Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme 2016 - Website Stream”.
Co-organised by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) and the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC), the 'Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme' is introduced to show appreciation to enterprises and organisations for making their websites accessible.
