結合了梵高《星夜》的背景，再突出尖沙咀的「鐘樓」，將維港兩岸的建築繪畫出來。
Combining the background of Van Gogh’s ‘The Starry Night’ with an emphasis on the Hong Kong Clock Tower, the buildings on both sides of the Harbour were painted.
