- Complete this Online Voting Form and choose the artwork that you like the most.

Voting Instructions
- The final result of the voting will be announced on 19 August, 2022 (Friday) at the Opening and Prize Presentation Ceremony of the upcoming exhibition. The works with the most valid votes will be awarded with the 'My Favourite Artwork' Certificate of Merit.
- The number of votes for the work is subject to the public online voting form provided by ADAHK. The number of 'Likes' on the Facebook page will not be counted in this voting activity.
- Each person can only vote once by selecting only one artwork from all the awarded works. For the responses with the same name or email address, we will be counting the first vote only.
- Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADAHK) reserves the right to make the final decision on this event.
