Definition
Angels have greater wisdom than man (2 Sam. 14:20), have greater power than man (Matt. 28:2; Acts 5:19; 2 Pet. 2:11), yet they are limited in power (Dan. 10:13).
An angel is a spirit being created by God and commissioned by Him for some special purpose in accordance with the outworking of His plan (e.g., Col 1:16; Heb 1:14).
The ADA Angels scheme is first established by Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADA) on 13 May 2005, in "She Brings Me Dreams" the launching ceremony of Memorial Book of Dr. Marion Sum Suk Fang. Exactly as the above definitions suggested, though the ADA Angels have different disabilities, they are gifts from God to give others enlightenment in life.
