The "School-based Arts Project" of the "Jockey Club Arts for the Disabled Scheme" (JCADS) is a pilot programme for special schools and special child care centres. It is the fifth year for Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong to co-ordinate this project. We wish to provide students with basic artistic training through diversified arts activities to develop their life-long interest.
The project consists of:

different kinds of arts activities will be organized for students with disabilities in a 1-day visit by the teaching artists.. This year, 5 additional quotas are offered to integrated schools for students with special educational needs (SEN) to experience arts. |

the project aims at develop arts education in the school in a sustainable manner, that will involves the students, teaching staffs, parents and schools. |
Furthermore, participating schools may also have the opportunities to join the JCADS Annual Performance & Arts Exhibition, to unleash participants' creativity and showcase their talents.
