The Roving Exhibition of the Scheme will be held on Oct to Nov 2010, at the shopping malls and Government venues of different locations over the territory, for the purpose of share the message "Arts are for everyone" to the general public, and to showcase the artistic talents of the persons with disabilities through the artworks demonstration.
