Sponsored by the Social Welfare Department, the project provides opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs) to develop their arts potential and abilities and improve their quality of living by assisting them in building up self-confidence and esteem through the arts. The project provides training, consultation, job referral and supporting services for PWDs. The project also provides trainers’ training so that more practitioners can bring arts to PWDs.
