The workshop will mainly focus on A Cappella teaching method and technique, especially for teaching people with different abilities.

  • Balance and blending with PA

About Ray Chu Yuen Lei:

Mr Chu is the Pop & Jazz Artistic Director of Taiwan Choral Music Center. He has extensive experience on singing choral music and has joined international competitions and master classes about choral music and conducting in Europe and US. In 2000, he and his friends founded the New Choral Foundation, with the purpose of promoting and developing choral music in Taiwan. The Foundation’s guiding principles are life-long education, the promotion of choral performance, and the preservation of Taiwan’s choral history.

 

Target:

Singing teachers, choral groups leaders, singing artists and persons with relevant interest. Participants should know sight reading and sight singing, better to have experience on leading a vocal group.
