'Junction of Art – Community Inclusion Project' is a one-year project which is funded by Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged of Social Welfare Department and is sponsored by Swire Properties. The exhibition will display the art works of four Arts Expertise workshops, including Paper Craft, Face Painting, Balloon Twisting and Accessories Production. Video from four Arts Expertise workshops, Fun & Skills Sharing and Hands-in-Hand Service will be shown. Besides, Art Accessible service will be provided in this exhibition. Welcome all of you to visit!
The 3-day painting exhibition was successfully held at the exhibition gallery of Hong Kong City Hall and attracted wide-range of visitors. In addition to the notable officiating guests of the Opening ceremony, hundreds of venerable guests attended the opening. We are thankful for Mrs. Leung’s generosity by donating the whole amount raised in this exhibition for ADA to continuously develop talents of artists with disabilities.
Mrs. Olivia Leung did not simply support ADA with donations; she also arranged to provide Arts Accessibility Service for people with various abilities to enjoy the exhibition. On 31 May, she gave a guided tour to our registered artists with disabilities, which allowed participated artists to be more engaged in appreciating the paintings with depth. A few photographers with disabilities were invited to be the designated event photographers. This exhibition, in various aspects, practically manifested the equal participation by people with or without disabilities in an arts event.

《Concert for Cause Gala》 held at APA on 29 May 2015 was fully completed. Thank you for all your support. Ms Seunghee Lee, the famous clarinetist, with MR. Hin Lee, the ADA Angel, performed ‘The Story of Ups and Downs’, which was re-arranged and orchestrated by Maestro Andrea Morricone. The audience was touched by the performance.
It is our great honor to be one of the beneficiaries of the Concert. We would like to express our special thanks to Ms Seunghee Lee, for her generous support to the ADA, and for promoting Hin Lee by offering him many opportunities and to perform with him through performance like this, it clearly shows that art can transcend all borders. We wish to send Ms. Lee our best wishes and hope to meet her again in the near future through arts.

Like Funding online fundraising Facebook campaign
Organized by Like Funding, the online fundraising Facebook campaign for the Forgotten City Series: Exhibition of ‘City / Farmers’ by Kevin Chen (Green Leaf Artist) was a success. The campaign collected over 1,000 'Likes' and 'Share' posts through Facebook. For every 'Like' & 'Share' post, Pira Limited donated HKD 2 to ADA. Through this campaign, more attention had been brought to Kevin’s solo exhibition. It helped accomplishing the dream of the ADA artists and bringing arts to the community. We are very thankful to all parties involved and those who supported through FB!
