Introduction

“Pheonix” was officially founded in 2009 and has developed with the support of “Creativity to Independence Programme” sponsored by Social Welfare Department and “Green Leaf Scheme” sponsored by Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged and Swire Group. Consisting members of Heep Hong Society Jockey Club Parents Resource Centre, the troupe enriches its performances by constantly adding new elements such as mime and improvisational theatre to its plays. It also engages in the promotion of art to community through actively performing to the public in recent years, such as being the guest performer in the opening ceremonies of “Sha Tin Family Arts & Fun Day” and “A Bit More Than Arts Festival”.
