‘Cross All Borders: Hong Kong Festival showcasing New Performing Artists with Disabilities 2017’ is coming! If you or your friends are full of talent and passion in performing arts, please don't miss this great chance to realize your dream and potential on the stage.
As an ADA’s signature programme since 2009, ‘Cross All Boarders’ has discovered numerous talented artists with disabilities and provided a professional platform for them to showcase their artistic talents. This year, ‘Cross All Boarders’ continues to open the door to energetic and enthusiastic budding artists. The application is now commenced. Let’s ‘Play It Loud’! |
Funded by Lee Hysan Foundation, ‘The 5th Artists with Disability Development Fund’ is now open for application! This fund aims to finance and assist outstanding artists with disabilities in Hong Kong to pursue local or overseas studies in arts or specific development plan in the arts. Through participating in different school and community programmes, awarded artists help advocate social inclusion with ADAHK together. Hong Kong permanent resident with disability and aged 30 or below are qualified to apply.
This year’s application deadline will be 31 March 2017. We await your application. Don’t miss the chance! |

Chinese New Year with ADAM
RTHK Radio 1 selected one of the iconic artworks “The Mother's Shelter” from ADAM resident artist Liu Tung-mui as their Chinese New Year red packet design. The unique use of red packet colour is distinct from traditional design, bringing an extra stylish element to the red packets. ADAM wishes you a prosperous year of the Rooster!

Wheelchair Dance @ West Kowloon
Artists with disabilities Philip and Olivia were invited to perform in the community engagement event – ‘Playing Around Yau Tsim Mong Street Corners @ West Kowloon’ that is curated by Hulu Culture. Their excellence wheelchair dance amazed the audience and received great applause!

The annual “A Bit More than Arts Festival” is going to unveil soon. With the theme of ‘Affection for Arts: Life Delighted through Creativity’, we will present a more lively and interactive showcase to recount the diverse components of ‘Inclusive Arts Project’. We wish to showcase participants’ unique thinking and trails on arts through a series of exhibitions and performance. All arts lovers are invited to participate in this event.
