Hong Kong Repertory Theatre's drama “Forever Silence” will feature Audio Description in Cantonese and Accessible Caption in Chinese provided by ADA.

“Be Inspired! Artist Nurturing Scheme” aims to support the advancement of artists with disabilities’ artistic development in a practical way while giving them the flexibility they look for. The Scheme consists of two components: “Be Inspired! Mentorship”- an one on one mentorship programme provides guidance and support, while “Be Inspired! Oversea Exchange”- encourage artists attend oversea events/ contests in hope to widen their horizons, promote cultural exchange. Altogether, this is intended to help blossoming them their artistic talent and further their inspiration.

Have you heard of an emotional A Cappella performance? Do you aware of the difference between A Cappella and singing or even karaoke singing that we enjoyed from time to time? Jockey Club Inclusive Arts Studio will hold an A Cappella Workshop in June in introducing this form of affectionate form of performance. This free of charge workshops opens for application at 10:00am on Tuesday 9th May. People with or without disabilities are welcome to join.

Have you even thought of making, owning and playing with your own puppet whenever you saw puppets of all sizes, shapes and colours at carnivals, events and performances? How come the chance! Jockey Club Inclusive Arts Studio slotted such Puppet Making Workshop in August. In addition to making your puppets, participants will also learn giving their puppets’ their unique characters to tell their own stories by using their voice and movement. Affordable Art Fair 2017
Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong was invited to participate in the Affordable Art Fair 2017, which will be held between 11th and 14th May. This is the first time ADA take part in this annual talk of the town art festival. ADA is proud in presenting exhibits by ADA artists to promote diversity and equal opportunity for everyone to have access to and excel in arts in reflect our vision “Arts are for Everyone". Exhibiting artists include ADA Angel, Kevin Cheng, Apple Tong and Green Leaf Artist Frank Wong and more. Join us at booth F08 to view their brilliant artworks.
