Introduction

Helen Chau is an artist filled with passion and displays strengths in creating artwork with recycled materials, which won her multiple awards in the Waste Reuse Competition in several Hong Kong and International Abilympics. Helen is also fond of theatrical performance, where she presented her own story in a brand new way through the drama “A Complete Self-rescue Manual” which was publicly performed in Hong Kong and Taiwan in 2006 and 2008.

Being an active participant in the community, Helen pays frequent visits to social groups and organizations to share her experience, for which her contribution was complemented with the Outstanding Disabled Persons Award in 2000.
