‘ArtWorks: Professional Training and Public Education Pilot Scheme for Artists with Disabilities’ kicks start now!
Long anticipated ‘ArtWorks’ is finally rolled out! First tier of the project, the ‘Professional Training and Public Education Pilot Scheme for Artists with Disabilities’ explores the cultural identity of artists with disabilities and provides professional skills and training required by the art industry. Advanced courses conducted by overseas trainers, as well as public education seminars will be available for enrollment shortly.

‘Artlink’ 2021 is now recruiting! Let’s connect with overseas pen pals through art!
Want to share your culture and initiate a long-distance friendship through art? Join us at ‘Artlink’ to embark a ‘Food Hunting Journey’ where you can explore food memories and emotional temperatures with participants from the Luway Opportunity Center in Taiwan. Every bits and pieces, heart-warming stories will be shared and exchanged through mailing parcels and on the Facebook page. It is now open for enrollment. Interested NGOs and schools are welcome!

Audio Description Workshop (Drama Productions) • A new generation of audio describers are on their mark
Conducted by experienced Audio Describer Gigi Ng, the first phase of the workshop was completed in July. Starting in August, participants who passed the assessment of the first phase continue the second phrase of the training without stopping and gear up for the examination in December. Due to the pandemic, training can only be done online. Suie, having further experience in Audio Description, applied drama productions, “Le Pere” and “Who’s Afraid of Lord of the Flies” as case studies. In addition to demonstrations, Suie also analyzed, discussed and shared her experience of audio description in detail with the participants.
