'Beyond Sight' Non-visual Photography @ Hong Kong West Kowloon Station Exhibition
Around April, at the invitation of MTR Corporation, six visually impaired participants of the ‘Beyond Sight’ Non-visual Photography workshop and Audio Description volunteers visited the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and captured the fascinating images and expressed unique creative concept through cameras. Twenty-four photographic works are currently being displayed at an exhibition with details as follows:

The exhibition provides an array of Arts Accessibility services, such as Audio Description, Braille Information and Sign Video, aspiring to give every audience member the equal opportunity to appreciate arts. Please join us to explore photography beyond sight!
Photographic works are also exhibited in a virtual exhibition until 31 December.

‘An Ode to Hope & Resilience’ Concert
We collaborate with Hong Kong Generation Next Art (HKGNA) and world-renowned pianist Ms Michelle Kim in the Finale Concert at this year’s HKGNA Music Festival. We are delighted to present our artists, Lee Shing, Michelle Siu, and Malcolm Mok, Grand Award winner from ADAHK’s signature programme, ‘Cross All Borders 2020: Dare to Perform!’, to the audience. The Concert also features Hong Kong’s debut of award-winning Korean violinist Ji-Sun Kim, the first blind student accepted into Manhattan School of Music. The Concert is a precious opportunity for artists with and without disabilities to present and showcase their phenomenal skills.

‘Have Fun with Arts’ • Counting down to Christmas
Get in the festive spirit with December’s ‘Have Fun with Arts’, where you can create your own Christmas wreath and Mosaic glass candle to adorn your home over the festive period. Channel your creative side and celebrate Christmas with these fantastic workshops led by our arts facilitators Mandy Tang and Kingson Lam!

Tour around Hong Kong Charity Walk.Extend to 31 December
A crisp autumn breeze is finally here; why not soak in the beautiful autumn weather by exploring the outdoor fun in Hong Kong. Autumn offers amazing views and the perfect opportunity for a soul healing long walk. Let us get into the spirit of the season and participate in the ‘Tour around Hong Kong Charity Walk’!
You may donate HKD350 and get a complimentary registration. Simply choose one of the routes, then walk through the bustling metropolis and discover landmarks by following the paintbrushes and lenses of our artists with disabilities. ‘Check-in’ and take photos at at least four attractions. Upload your photos at the designated website to get a medal and a souvenir. Funds raised through this charity walk will be used in a meaningful way to support persons with disabilities to have equal access to the arts and to pursue professional development in areas such as performing, visual or creative arts.
