Arts Accessibility International Symposium
Presented by ADAHK, The Arts Accessibility International Symposium will be held online from 28 to 30 July 2022. With a focus on “Art Inclusion: Strategies, Policies and Innovations”, the 3-day event gathers over 20 arts leaders and practitioners from Hong Kong and around the world to share local and international policies and practices, innovative ideas, as well as research and technology advancements in Arts Accessibility and Social Inclusion.
Topics will cover art inclusion policies and practices; design and operation of inclusive art spaces; inclusive programming; integrated access and assistive technologies; cross-sector collaborations; art inclusion researches and practices in education and rehabilitation.

“Sunshine Of My Life” Charity Movie Screening
“Sunshine Of My Life” revolves around the love-hate relationship between a young woman and her blind parents. The story was based on the director’s own family life. There are many inspirational stories among people with disabilities. Many of them are self-reliant and have the perseverance not to bow to fate.
ADAHK is blessed to have the funding support from our long-term Key Partner, Lee Hysan Foundation, which covers all the production costs of the event. All proceeds raised in the charity movie screening will be donated to ADAHK to support the professional development of artists with disabilities and build an inclusive society through art. Title sponsorship, as well as platinum, gold, silver, love ticket sponsorships, are also available. A Bit More than Arts Festival 2022 .“Dear Journal, ”
The celebrated “A Bit More than Arts Festival” is back with a new theme, “Dear Journal, ”. The Festival, held from 18 March to 31 March, brings the audience a stimulating art experience that includes exhibition, performances, art workshops, and Trainers’ Training Masterclass sharing. Join us at the Festival to appreciate artworks created by the participants at the Inclusive Arts Studio and enjoy those fascinating accompanying backstories and daily bits and pieces.
