This is the third consecutive year, Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong is invited by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department to coordinate performances with Artists with Disabilities in the New Year Eve's countdown events. The two groups who will be performing this year are: "SAHK Jockey Club Elaine Field School Brass Band" and "Omega4". They will bring two performances of totally different music styles, and share a joyful and lively New Year’s Eve with the audiences. Welcome to join us at the carnival!
